Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, and most of Europe. If you don't see your location listed, please reach out to us at hello@bellosponge.com for a shipping quote.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. Bello is not responsible for these charges.

Economy Shipping: We try to keep our economy shipping option as affordable as possible so that more people around the world can try the Bello Sponge.

With economy shipping, there may be delays, especially for customers located farther from Dallas. Delivery can take two weeks or more.

Economy shipping also comes with two tracking numbers. The first tracking number may show as “delivered” even though the package has only arrived at our sorting warehouse in the United States. You’ll receive an email explaining the two tracking numbers and this temporary “delivered” notification.
